Center for Climate Intelligence (CCI) is a Dhaka-based climate research and disaster risk reduction organisation established in 2022. We translate complex climate and hazard data into actionable protocols, operational guidelines, and capacity development programmes.
Our work sits at the intersection of climate science, community resilience, and humanitarian practice — from coastal chars and floodplains to hill tracts and humanitarian settings across Bangladesh.

CCI treats every baseline, guideline, and training assignment as a technical anchor for longer programme cycles — so communities, local governments, and partners can act with clarity when risk is rising.
Flood, cold wave, heat stress, cyclone, and landslide analysis become thresholds, early action menus, and operational guidance local actors can use.
Household surveys, KIIs, FGDs, shelter observation, and geospatial analysis — with KoBoToolbox, SurveyCTO, and structured QA as standard practice.
Gender-responsive facilitation and disability-inclusive data collection are embedded across fieldwork and reporting, not added as an annex.
Trigger design, district training, and DMC coaching so early action happens before peak impact — not after the damage is done.

CCI operates as a consulting firm and research organisation trusted by partners including FOREWARN Bangladesh, WAVE Foundation / Oxfam, Caritas Bangladesh, and international research collaborators.
