Research linking commute times, off-peak service gaps, and housing cost burden to identify corridors where transit investment could reduce displacement pressure.
This study maps where long commutes and unreliable transit overlap with rising housing costs. Findings informed a public briefing with transit agency staff and community advocates in June 2026.
