How we work
Every project begins with community partnership. We co-design research questions, combine interviews and data analysis, and return findings through accessible formats — summaries, forums, and policy briefs — so residents can use evidence in their own advocacy. We do not extract data and disappear. Our teams stay engaged through implementation, feedback loops, and public accountability.
