A district-level index tracking rent burden, eviction filings, and affordable unit loss to guide preservation and tenant protection strategies.
The Housing Affordability Index combines administrative data, survey responses, and field observations to measure housing stress across three urban districts. Updated quarterly, it helps partners prioritize outreach, legal assistance, and preservation investments.
