Flood Risk Community Assessment
Participatory assessment of flood exposure, early warning access, and recovery capacity in low-lying neighborhoods with high renter turnover.
Working with neighborhood organizations, we document household-level flood impacts, evacuation barriers, and gaps in multilingual emergency communication. Results inform local DRR planning and tenant safety outreach.
