Anticipatory Action Documentation Standards Package
Completed package aligning CCI deliverables with INGO documentation, safeguarding, and data protection standards used by Oxfam and peer agencies.
Following the ACT-II assignment, CCI formalised an internal Anticipatory Action Documentation Standards Package so every fieldwork and training product meets partner accountability expectations.
The package covers informed consent scripts, data protection checklists, safeguarding referral pathways, file naming and version control, and reporting templates suitable for KOICA-supported and INGO-administered projects.
Staff and associates are oriented to the package before deployment
External partners receive a one-page summary of CCI’s accountability commitments, reducing friction during inception and inception-report negotiations.
The completed package is now a standing organisational asset applied across ongoing coastal, camp, and district assignments

CCI embeds gender-responsive methodologies, disability-inclusive data collection, and intersectional analysis across all fieldwork and reporting — not as an add-on, but as a core design principle.
