A guided walking tour combining street-level observation with open data on housing turnover, eviction filings, and commercial vacancy.

See how research data maps onto everyday neighborhood life. This two-hour walk led by CCI researchers and resident guides visits key corridors where displacement pressures are most visible — and discusses what residents and policymakers can do in response.
